My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Moxie. I’m a 2 year old pittie mix that was rescued from the Lorain County Kennel and I’m sure ready to find my forever home. I bark a lot in my kennel but that is only to get your attention. I'm hoping you'll talk to me, take me for a walk or play with me in the outside fenced in area. I walk great on a leash, have a lot of positive energy plus I like to play with toys. So stop by soon and let’s get acquainted. It may take me a few minutes to settle down when you take me out of my kennel, but once I do I'll really impress you! I'm just very excited when people come to visit...especially ME! It would be best if you have children that they are a little older. I may be too active for younger ones.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
