Opal's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Opal's Story...

Opal is a smart and well behaved girl. She knows multiple commands such as sit, down, shake. She is housebroken and crate trained. She walks pretty well on a leash once she settles down for a walk. She is super eager to please and LOVES all humans. She was in the shelter for a VERY long time and had put on way too much weight and weighed nearly 100 pounds instead of the 45 she SHOULD weigh..she is slowly losing the excess. She does need a good diet of grain free food but does well on it. She is NOT good with cats but can play with size appropriate male dogs. She can be very dominant so female dogs are an absolute no. Adoption fee $50.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Opal, a Tacoma Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Tacoma, or seeking a Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Tacoma.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tacoma already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tacoma breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tacoma paves the way for another one to be saved.
