Della's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Della's Story...

Della is an adorable and sweet young mix. Possibly chihuahua or Terrier mixed with Doxie? Who knows..whatever the mix, she is adorable. And sweet. She is silly and fun. Loves everyone and gets along ok with other dogs. Della can be shy at first but is smart and eager to learn new things and get to know new people. She loves to be held and snuggled and will contentedly occupy a lap for hours. She will be an excellent and well rounded family dog who will alert you to visitors but knows to stop barking when told. Della is crate trained and housebroken. She also walks ok on a leash though that is pretty new to her. Dellas adoption fee is half off at $75

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Della, a Tacoma Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Dachshund for sale in Tacoma, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Tacoma.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tacoma already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tacoma breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Dachshund breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tacoma paves the way for another one to be saved.
