Rusty is a splendidly handsome 1 year old American Bully boy. He and his best friend, Julie are owner surrenders currently in boarding with our rescue. Rusty, a chunk-a-monk walks well on the leash, playful, and super calm at home. This boy is a real show stopper- the pictures do not do him any justice! Rusty loves to watch TV and sun bathe. He is also house broken and loves to travel with is humans. Although we dont know how Rusty is with cats, we know he is very playful and loving with dogs. This big boy is really a gentle giant when it comes to people and really knows how to behave around kids. However, of course, you should always supervise children with any dog!
Julie came to us with Rusty as a pair. Although the 2 did not live together, they are life long friends and play mates. Julie’s mother was evicted, so Julie went to stay with Rusty and his human. Then, Rusty’s human was arrested and imprisoned. Julie’s mother, who is homeless, called us begging for help. We gladly took the 2 sweet pups under our wing. These 2, especially Julie, endured so much in such a short time period. It is time that they know love and stability. These pups are victims of circumstance, but clearly were loved their entire lives.
