Phoebe and her siblings were found in a storm drain by 2 amazing ladies! They kept them safe until someone stepped up, but no one did until us. Phoebe has always been the outgoing one. She loves to talk! She is the larger of the 4 but is still a gentle girl. She has been raised with kids, cats and dogs. She will make a great addition to any family. But remember, she is a puppy and will need training!
