Facts about Nacho

  • Breed: Domestic Longhair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Long
Nacho is a 5 year old long haired boy looking for a family to call his own.
Nacho's family left him behind when they moved and he spent the next 4 years roaming the neighborhood until he finally became comfortable enough to stay at one house. Unfortunately the people at that house already had plans to leave the state, so he was turned over to rescue. Nacho has decided he likes family life but he does spends lot of time outdoors, so a safe outside environment is a must. He does okay with other gentle cats but would be fine as the only cat.
He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. In Wasilla. 907-863-1444.

About Clear Creek Cat Rescue - Wasilla

About Our Rescue Group...

Clear Creek Cat Rescue is a group of individuals in Alaska dedicated to rescuing cats in need, giving them care, rehabilitation if needed, and finding happy homes for them. We each give what we can to help these cats get through this most unfortunate time in their lives when they have been taken to the pound or are otherwise lost and homeless. Some of us share our homes with these cats while they are waiting for their forever family, some transport them from place to place, some host adoption fairs, take pictures, post ads. Some offer financial help. We each do what we can to help. And through this dedicated group of people, more than a thousand cats have been saved and found loving homes.
In 2013, we rescued and rehomed approximately 420 cats.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have weekly adoptions fairs in Anchorage each Saturday and in Wasilla at the Wasilla Petzoo either Saturday or Sunday. Our cats are also available for adoption from their foster homes.

Our Adoption Process...

We require that adopters sign our adoption contract and a no-declawing agreement. There is an adoption fee. Most adult cats are $75 except for those who are sponsored or part of a special. Kittens under 6 months are $125. All adults are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens are adopted at 12 weeks of age and are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
