Additional info:

Sweet little Panda went into the shelter as a stray with another dog, Chloe, who is also with us. He has a sweet disposition, a bit timid, and he likes to relax with people. He is a gentle little guy who is good with other dogs although he may bark at strange dogs when he is on the leash. He was very matted when we got him. He may be hypoallergenic but we will not know until he is groomed or shaved. Panda is medium to high energy, and is good in his crate. He walks well on the leash and is working hard on potty training. He has a mild case of separation anxiety but we are helping his foster work on this. He also likes to mark; we can help with techniques and tips to cut down on this.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Panda, a Encino Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Lhasa Apso for sale in Encino, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
