Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Teddy was surrendered with his brother, Oso, by a family in the Inland Empire because they were moving and could not take the whole family. Initially they had their mom, another brother, and a sister, Osa, who was surrendered first and has since been adopted. They were backyard dogs, never socialized or walked on a leash. Teddy is about a year old and weighs 45 pounds. He is very sociable with other dogs, male and female. He is crate-trained and is learning to walk on a leash. He is a very affectionate dog, enjoying belly rubs and laying on a warm lap. His adoption fee is $295 and covers the cost of his neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip, two sets of distemper/parvo vaccines, fecal testing and deworming.
If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Upon receipt AND approval, the dog you are interested in meeting will be made available to meet on a Saturday. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent. Please understand that private appointments will be coordinated to meet the convenience of the foster parent/transporter. We cannot hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt.
All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, core vaccinations (rabies and 2 sets of distemper/parvo), fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
