Miss Patsy's Story...
Miss Patsy M17-029 - Hi! It’s me again. You met me before as “Kismet” which was the first name I got as a Magicat. It didn’t work out well. In my haste to find my perfect fate, I rushed into my first adoption and learned that I wasn’t ready for a lively child-filled house. Magicats helped me trade places with someone who was. Then I went to Miss Edna’s wonderful foster home. I realized quickly that I should be “Miss Patsy” and that my perfect fate is as an INSIDE ONLY lady in a quiet, friendly adult household. It’s been great! It seems that when you’ve been dumped and rescued it takes time to find your footing! I’m a young adult, very healthy, spayed, current on my shots and negative for FIV/FELV. At Miss Edna’s I met some friendly adult kitties and we became great friends. I remembered that I love to play, have a great sense of humor and a great purr! I love laps, windows, companionship, and someone to watch TV with. Let’s talk if you are seeking a beautiful, sweet companion. I’ll be at Twin Falls PetSmart! See you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miss Patsy, a Buhl Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
