Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper is a 9 year old Scottish terrier. Cooper was turned in to a local shelter where we pulled him. Cooper takes a little while to warm up. He is crate trained. Cooper does not like big dogs. He barks and growls at them. He seems to do okay with dogs his size or smaller but we honestly believe Cooper would prefer to be the only dog. Cooper has a distinctive terrier attitude and we’d prefer he go to a home with someone who has experience with terriers. Cooper lived with kids before but would probably chase cats if given the opportunity. Cooper came to us with Zyrtec for allergies so he may need to take this regularly although we have not seen a lot of signs of itching. Cooper will also need regular grooming to ensure his beard his kept in optimum shape. Beards are in you know. Cooper is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and heartworm tested. If you are interested in Cooper, please go to www.sparkyrescue.com/adopting and fill out our pre application.
