Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sadie means princess, but that's not the life this sweet girl has lived for the last 6 years. She was rescued from a house hoarding 45 animals, and never had a family that she could call her own to love her, care for her, and make her feel safe. Forced to live with so many other animals, Sadie never had the joy of going on walks or playing in her own yard, and she had to share whatever food there was with her other housemates. Since being rescued, Sadie has been at WAHS for 10 months, always overlooked by adopters, since she is very shy. Sadie waits patiently every day for it to be her turn to get adopted.
This sweet girl was recently was on a cage break to a foster home. While it took her a few weeks to become comfortable with her new environment, she was a very good house guest. Her foster mama said she was shy, but very respectful of their home, incredibly sweet, and smart. When taken out on regular potty breaks, Sadie seems to be house trained. She is very quiet and seldom barks. Never having lived in a home, some noises are scary for her.
She got along with a low energy cat and low energy dog, but would need to meet any animals that would be in the house. She is not food aggressive at all. After the life she has lived for 6 years, it takes Sadie a while to trust, but she makes a great companion. She is available for adoption. She is looking for a quiet family who will be patient with her until she feels comfortable to trust her new home. After a week or two, you will have a sweet little companion, prancing around behind you wherever you go. She cannot go home with any children they scare her.
Sadie has a lot of love to give and hopes to find her FURever family soon. If you have any questions about Sadie, please feel free to email her foster mama, terriandjack415@gmail.com. She’s been waiting so long for her own family, please stop in and make an adoption happen for her or share this post to help this sweet girl find a place to call home.
