Gunner's Story...
Introducing...... (insert drum roll here).... Gunner! Gunner is such an amazingly sweet dog, everyone who meets him absolutely falls in love. He is so affectionate and wants to follow his foster parents everywhere. Gunner is currently living in a home with a LOT of kids and he absolutely adores the kids. He is also living with other dogs and cats and gets along great with all of them. Gunner currently weighs 30 pounds, but would be best at 35 or so. (he was very scared at the shelter). He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. He had his heartworm check done as well as frontline applied. He's also housebroken! WOW! All he needs now is a home. Gunner's adoption fee has been reduced as his previous owners sponsored his adoption and his adoption fee is only $50.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunner, a Waukesha Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Waukesha, or seeking a Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Waukesha.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waukesha already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waukesha breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waukesha paves the way for another one to be saved.
