Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phoenix is a 4 year old male pomeranian. He is neutered, current on all of his shots, heart worm negative and he has a micro chip.
Phoenix wakes up between 6:00-6:30 am and is sent outside to ‘POTTY.’ Once he is back inside he is ready for his food. Phoenix is feed inside his crate. Phoenix is crate trained. He sleeps all night in his crate/kennel in the view of his foster brother and sister dog. He does not sleep alone.
Phoenix likes to sit on the sofa with you. He does well with other dogs. Phoenix does NOT care about being outside, he goes potty and will begin looking for his owner. He does well with small kids. He is friendly to strangers. If you let him he will sleep on the bed with you. Phoenix is fed Earthborn dog food. He is fed once a day. He walks good with a leash. He rides in the front passenger seat of the car. Phoenix enjoys licking your hand, face etc. he is a very happy boy.
He has had two accidents in the house. You will need to put Phoenix on a daily routine to continue his potty training. He is a good watch dog. He will bark with other dogs, but not an excessive barker.
Phoenix becomes very intense around human food. We have been working with him on this, he is crated or put outside during dinner. The kids also do not eat around him or in the living room because he will take their food when they are not looking.
Phoenix would be best with a firm owner with no other dogs. But as long as you keep him on a schedule/routine and are consistent with him and other dogs, he will be a great addition to your family. Phoenix just wants to be loved and appreciated.
