Layla's Story...
When you wish upon a star… sometimes your wishes come true. It’s pretty obvious what I am wishing for: a new home. I am a happy and playful pup eager to start my new life with a family committed to raising a wonderful lil lady like myself. I am doing excellent with my crate training, but I do have plenty more to learn—I’m all puppy all the way. I love to play and I love to snuggle, making friends with everyone, everywhere I go. This beautiful young lady is waiting, but I won’t be waiting long…I think I see a big bright star… 7 months old-36lbs. My adoption fee is $260 and includes spay, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Layla, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
