Wee's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Wee's Story...
This is Wee. She is 7 years old. She was dropped off at the vet to be euthanized because the owner did not want her anymore. The owner agreed to release her to Stray Cat Blues. She was tested for urinary tract infection (negative), Fiv & Felv (negative), given a rabies shot, micro-chipped and placed in foster care.

My Foster dad has cats of his own, and I get along with them, but I’m more laid back and like it when there is less commotion going on in the house. When things are very active, I will stay out of the way. Then when things calm down is when I like to roam around. I will come up on your lap, and will exchange purring for being petted. It took me a couple of weeks to get over my being shy, but if you are just sitting reading or watching tv, you might find me sitting on your lap!

By the way, I only eat dry food, I’ve tried several brands of wet food, but don’t have the taste for it.

Wee is litter boxed trained, Fiv & Felv Negative, recent rabies shot and micro chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wee, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
