My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sonny came to us from the euthanasia list of a Twin Cities shelter. Sonny was an owner surrender and had been surrendered with his doggie sister - we did not have the opportunity to take the sister as she went to another rescue. Sonny was on the euth list as he was shutting down in the shelter, afraid and nervous - we call it shelter stress. This fella is really very sweet and friendly and he has been wonderful here with us where he has had more human (and animal) interaction as well as more room to exercise than he did in the other shelter's environment. In the next chapter in his life he needs a loving home where he can be given a chance to really shine. Note: Due to Sonny's size, he is not suitable for apartment living. He requires above-ground fencing (electronic fencing is not an option for this fella).
