Scarlet has been at the shelter for over 264 days, just waiting for a home to call her own. She originally came in with a group of 40 cats that were abandoned at a foreclosed property outside of Montgomery City. When she came into the shelter back in August, she was shy and scared of course. She has come such a long way, growing up in the shelter and now has quite a personality. Scarlet is very social with the other cats now. She is such a sweetheart and loves the attention. She has an amazingly soft coat and the most beautiful greenish-yellow eyes! Scarlet can be a silly girl when play time starts and even likes to roll around for belly rubs! Other times she just likes to chill in your lap or hang out in a cat bed.
