Pancake's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pancake's Story...
This is Pancake, Beignet's brother. He is a handsome little fellow now but his mother is a St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees mix so he won't be little for long. Not much is known about his daddy but from the looks of Pancake, we are guessing he was a tall, dark, handsome drifter, that stole his mama's heart. Pancake is going to be a big boy when he is fully grown so exercise and training are a must for this guy.

Due to their young age, these puppies are currently only available for adoption to applicants in Huntsville, AL, and the area immediately surrounding it. They will have a "foster to adopt" status until the final Spay/Neuter with one of our Friends of Rescue veterinarians. If you live further away and you are willing to wait until the puppy has completed vetting locally, please note that in your application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pancake, a Huntsville St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
