Muttley is a sweet and gentle boy who just needs a tiny bit of time to warm up to new people and new places. When he is comfortable with you, he is affectionate and enjoys a good chest scratch. He is very mellow here, but we know once he gets more comfortable in his surroundings his personality will start to shine through.
