Bailey's Story...
Bailey is a 3 year old orange and white short haired cat with the softest fur and a striped tail like a raccoon. His best friend in the whole world was his daddy and he passed away. Bailey is looking for someone to watch television and sleep next to, to scratch him in all the right places and shower him with love. Super friendly and outgoing he will greet guests upon arrival. He likes to be around older children. His favorite toys are anything on a stick. He will carry the sticks around with him and deliver them straight to his water dish where he drops them. He will talk to you when it’s time for his canned food at night to gently remind you that its time.

If you would like to make Bailey a forever member of your family please apply on line at Animal Aid Foundation Adoption and Foster Application

The adoption fee is $60 and includes: neuter, vaccines and FELV/FIV testing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Rochester Hills Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Rochester Hills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Rochester Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
