DOB March 28, 2009.

Merlot is a sweetheart, who enjoys scratches and cuddles at all hours of the day (and night if you’re willing!). He has a very quiet meow, but when he really has something he wants to share with you, he bumps up the volume a little bit with chirps and chatters. Enjoying a relaxed life, he is happiest lying on his mat nearby, dozing next to you, or even sometimes on your lap. On rare occasions, he’ll react to his toys (or a randomly broken hair elastic) and play around, showing off his younger side. Because he finds comfort in company, at night he will follow you to bed, wait for some goodnight cuddles, then settle down to sleep beside you or at your feet.

Merlot was one of the many Project Velcro rescues from Quebec. Now he can't wait to find his forever home and enjoy some quality time with his new family.
