Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Celery & Smooch are best friends, housed in 2 different cages next to each other. They both are dealing with a bit of separation anxiety after the loss of their mom. Both are tame and love to be together. So we will not separate them, and we have a special reduced adoption fee for both of them with 2 very nice cages. We have no idea of their ages; due to there were no records of them when we took them in.
*We're sorry to inform everyone that we will no longer place our parrots in homes with children under the age of 17 years.
Celery is a spectacular energetic Sunday conure, with a wonderful personality. A Sunday conure is a wonderful hybrid Conure, which is a mix breed from a Sun Conure and a Jenday Conure. (One highly sought out parrot). This hybrid Conure makes a wonderful companion for anyone. Celery loves to be on your shoulder or your arm but she prefers to snuggle into the top of any open shirt or shoulder.
Smooch came to us with an eye injury which we are currently treating. She likes to ride on your shoulder as much as possible, and will climb into your shirt the first chance that she ca. Both Celery and Smooch behave well when they are on your shoulder or on a perch.
*Delivery is available in most local areas of Washington and Oregon State. An additional transportation fee will be required for those qualified applicants who live more than 25 miles from Portland, Oregon.
Celery & Smooch are both hand tame, but unfortunately we're not sure of their ages or sex, but they seem to get along well with both men or women.
