Bailey has been a completely-inside dog. She can clear 6' foot fences so cannot be trusted outside alone. That is why she is listed as "special needs". Bailey is accustomed to being with her person - she would adapt easily as a companion to a stay-at-home person and would love to be the only dog to keep you company. :-)
