Hi, my name is Spencer! I am about 1 year old and weigh 10 lbs. I was rescued by the volunteers at Orphan Annie Rescue from a local county shelter, and I can't wait to find my forever home! I can be shy when you first meet me, and am such a sweet, precious boy! I get along well with other dogs. I love to play and give kisses!
