Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jolene. Ain't she purdy? She's around 3-4 years old and weighs 40 lbs. Her life up to this point has been kinda crappy. You see, she was found by animal control living in a trailer (in a crate) with many other dogs in deplorable conditions. A hoarding case. The City seized the dogs and took them all to the shelter. You would think she would be a complete jerk for all that she has lived through. Nope. She is sweet as pie. However, she is very shy, still feeling her way, but she is happy and enjoying life away from filthy hoarders and out of the city pound. She loves her crate. She feels safe there. She enjoys other dogs and is slowly starting to show interest in playing with her foster dog siblings. She needs someone patient who will let her blossom. She is surprisingly glorious on leash!
