Eddie (Neutered)'s Info...

I am already neutered.

Eddie (Neutered)'s Story...
Eddie is a gorgeous 4-year old male Beagle who made his debut at the HSOV on May 13, 2017 after he was found taking a stroll by himself in the Marietta Ohio area and accompanied to our shelter by the family who found him. Unfortunately Eddie was not wearing a collar so he had no form of identification to enable us to locate his owner :(

Eddie has a shiny black/brown/white short smooth coat, a long tail, and a beautiful Beagle face with large brown velvet ears. True to his noble Beagle heritage, Eddie has the wonderful disposition and personality for which the breed is known and prized as family companions.

Eddie weighs 27.2 lbs., and he has already been neutered. This little guy walks well on a leash and is accustomed to being loved.

In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Eddie will be held for three days so that his owner will have the opportunity to come and reclaim him. In the unlikely event that happy reunion does not take place, Eddie will be available for adoption on May 16, 2017.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie (Neutered), a Marietta Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
