Sapphire (Dawgie) had been running around a local Greenville, MO restaurant, begging for food, for several weeks until a lady, who usually rescues cats, realized she had no home and brought her home. Luckily, she tested negative for heartworms, unusual for the area, and PPP took her in to change her life forever. Interestingly, she was in a house full of cats and had absolutely no problem. She is friendly to everyone.
