MERRY

Merry is 2 years old and 9 pounds.
This precious Chihuhua and Terrier mix gal, is looking for a quiet home and family she can love forever. We think she might have a bit of Westie in Her mix too, don't you love Her pretty hair!?! Her introduction to humans for the first years of her life was very limited and possibly not kind; it took her quite a while to realize her foster was there for her and people could be safe. She has not been exposed to children or cats so we are not sure how she will react, but she is very intelligent and "aims to please", so responsible children should be fine. She does the cutest little dance when she is happy or excited, and has a full array of vocals which are sure to lure you in. She uses the doggy door faithfully, and likes to sit on your lap and be brushed, but cuddling is still beyond her. This may be the first time in her short life that she has felt safe and she is coming out of her shell nicely. She will need a patient and loving family to help her blossom into the beautiful gal she can be.
If you would like to make Merry a part of your family please fill out an application online at www.lapdogrescue.org and include her name at the top.
