Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We had thought that Dallas had found his forever home however; it turns out that Dallas does not place nice with chickens and therefore is back up for adoption!!
Every moment spent with Dallas is like being in the presence of a king. Our big 3 year old, 70lb. boy has to be one of the most handsome German Shepherds that we have ever seen. His beautiful shiny coat, his intense yet curious eyes and his calm, gentle, regal demeanor (unless he is playing with the hose or running outside with his foster sister, then all bets are off and he is just a complete doofus!) speak volumes to the resilience of a dog who, not long ago, found himself homeless and living in a shelter.
Since being in his foster home, Dallas has absolutely flourished. He loves life and everything about it, especially his human foster brothers and his fur foster sister. We believe that he will continue to thrive in a quieter home with a family who understands that, though he is large in stature, he can be a bit insecure and sensitive. He hasn’t realized that he is royalty just yet.
Dallas is housebroken and crate trained, neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. If you are interested in adding some royalty to your life, please complete an adoption application from www.omdrescue.org.
