Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie was adopted from us as a small puppy. She is now a year old and her breed is anyone's guess. The family was very pleased with her. She is a loving and affectionate dog and did very well with their children. Charlie is house trained and will go to the door and whine when she need to go out. She knows some basic commands too. The reason she was returned was because she kept escaping their invisible fence and chasing cars! Charlie is very fast and looked like she was trying to race against the cars. Her family lived on a busy road and were very concerned about Charlie getting hit. She also recently escaped and wandered into the neighbors yard and "damaged" their chickens and ducks so small animals and cats would not be ideal. Charlie is seeking an active family with a secure fenced in backyard to call her own.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
