Tinsel is a 9 month old kitten surrendered to us by no fault of his own. He is very friendly and would make an awesome addition to any family. Tinsel was kept as an outdoor cat, but he has such a wonderful personality that we will only be adopting him out as an indoor-only cat. He is litter box trained, neutered, and up to date on his vaccines.
