found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered.
Scooby has very long legs, tightly curled hair, and a Chihuahua-looking head. He was shaved on 4/17, and still has a short coat, so may be able to go a while between grooming.
Scooby can be a very active dog. He goes walking with about 1 ½ miles in the morning, then goes to the dog park with a couple of other dogs also in the morning—and runs around there also. He gets along with other dogs, and goes to strangers to say hi. He veers towards anyone when walking, just in case he can get some attention. At home, he is a lap dog, and never voluntarily gets off—you have to stand up and dump him. He ignores cats that don’t look nervous when they see him—my male cats are all bigger than him—but will chase a nervous cat.
I have never seen Scooby around children, but he is a little small to be around small children. He can be nervous when I leave—or maybe he is just copying the other dogs—but once he thinks I’m gone he stops whining/barking.
In short, he is a mature dog who can be either a couch potato or a terrific hiker, and he loves being around people and other dogs.Dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoption.
