Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Annabel is currently being fostered in HOUSTON. She is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. Her adoption fee is $500, which covers her flight to her new family, a travel kennel, and she is fully vetted.**
Annabel is about 16 lbs. and approximately 2 years old. We believe she is a Scottish Terrier mix. She is leash trained, crate trained and house trained. She loves to sleep in the bed with her foster mom but will also sleep in a mesh tent or bed on the side of her foster mom’s bed. She will hang out in her crate with the door open sometimes as well. She loves to be by her person’s side, travels well in the car and is good with other dogs. She is ok with cats but sometimes reacts to fast movements so needs to be supervised until she is used to the cats in her home. She is cautious of new people but adjusts well with time. She is not a barker but does whine or scratch at the door when left alone loose in the house. She has shown no fear of thunder. She does growl at other animals when eating but will stop when corrected. She has been in a foster home for a couple of weeks now and has improved in all aspects since. Most dogs need time to decompress after being rescued. Annabel was rescued from a local kill shelter so there is no telling what all she has been through. But this sweet girl is doing so well in her foster home and is ready for her forever home now.
**Annabel is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and doing very well in her foster home. She is ready to find her family to complete her transformation. If our sweet girl sounds like a perfect match for your family, please email us at pawhuggers@gmail.com for more information or to complete an adoption application please go to www.pawhuggers.org, hover over the Adoptables tab and then click on Adoption Application. Her adoption fee is $500 to help cover the cost of her airline flight and her travel crate.
