Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mega is a new addition so we are still getting to know more about him but so far, he has been a sweet and gentle boy. We think he is roughly 5 years old and even though he is strikingly handsome, he is a bit weathered looking. His dry, brittle coat and calluses lead us to believe he was an outdoor dog but with a little TLC, he will flourish. We aren't sure if he has any training but he has taken well to crate training so with a little work he should be able to transition into being a pampered indoor dog. Mega has been sweet with all people, enjoys being cuddled, and he has been solid with every other dog he has an encountered so we think he could be a good candidate for a social household. He is just a mild mannered guy. The round wound on his chest was there and already healing when we picked him up from the animal shelter and our vet could only speculate that it was an abscess, wound or growth that had ruptured. There wasn't enough skin to close it surgically and nothing to remove so they decided it would be best to let it continue to heal naturally. We hope Mega is soon given the chance to enjoy a loving home and a life of comfort that he deserves.
