Bio update:
We have found that Rufus does not do well alone. He needs at least one other dog to play with, and a person that works at home or is home most of the time. Someone to keep him company and a furry friend would be best for him. He also has Pannus, a common but non-threatening, eye condition that German shepherds sometimes get. It will not progress and does not affect the vision if he gets two steroid eye drops in his left eye twice a day. He is fine if he gets these drops.

Rufus is adorable! We are not sure of his exact age, but guessing around 11 months. He is a little guy, but has the perfect markings and confirmation of a purebred German Shepherd. He may not get a lot bigger, but is obviously still a pup, under a year.

Rufus loves to play with his foster brothers and sisters and is such a happy little guy! He would rather not be crated, but stay out and play all day, but who wouldn't! He does go into his crate for a reward, and sleeps through the night quietly. He had an accident the first day, but now has not had anymore.
