My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Denver and I am looking for a "Forever Family" to call my own. My puppy days were not the greatest because I ended up in a shelter around 6 months old, and then when I was finally adopted my owner left me in a vacant apartment with only a bag of dog food for 3 weeks after he moved out. I have since been rescued & love my new foster family but would really like to have a forever home. I am still shy when I meet new people because of my past, but once I meet you & spend a short time with you my true gentle & fun loving personality shines.  I love to play with other dogs my size, stalk squirrels & play with my toys.... oh & I can run fast too! My favorite thing to do is cuddle with you on the couch or in your bed... and I like to sleep "under" the covers with you (guess I'm cold natured) I am completely housebroken, great on a leash & even like to go riding in the car. Please give me a chance to meet you.... I promise to love you & be loyal...I just need someone to love me back.
