Hi I am Penelope and what RUFF time I have had! My heartless and CRUEL former owner tied me and 5 of my LITTLE friends to a fence at the pound in the middle of the night! Bad enough being dumped at a kill pound-but even more painful for us to be tied together and left all night in a scary part of town where we could have been attacked by loose dogs, eaten by coyotes, gotten loose and hit by cars and I don't even want to think what else. The pound workers who showed up for next the next morning were really horrified to find us, we were all tangled up and so very SCARED. When the pound volunteers who are really ANGELS who walk the earth heard about us they all scrambled to find us rescues so they would know that we would go to the most loving homes and never have to go thru such an agonizing thing again. So HERE I AM! I am around 2 years old and a scruffle-liscious little bundle of pure SWEETNESS. I am small and gentle and just so very thankful for the kindness that I am being shown and if you adopt me I promise I will make you the happiest human on earth!
