Bruno Mars's Story...
Bruno Mars is a little mischievous guy who likes to play with shoes and socks.

He doesn't chew them, but he likes to pick them up and put them in other places.  He leaves foster mom scratching her head thinking, "Now, how did that get there?"

He is still a puppy, about 10 months old and about 35lbs. so he won't get much bigger than that.  We think he is a Dutch Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix.  Whatever he is, he's adorable.

He is very curious, always getting into things, but not in a bad way, he's just a puppy with his puppy curiosity.

He lives with a bunch of other dogs from big to little from young to old and gets along great with all of them.  There are even resident kitties that he leaves alone.  He knows they can mess him up!  LOL

Go to the Adopt tab to complete an application for this little cutie.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruno Mars, a Houston Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd for sale in Houston, or seeking a Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd breeders who help with Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
