Manni's Story...
Manni is a little bundle of fun in a 2 year old, wirey coated dachshund body! He is 15 pounds of cute! When he plays with the other dogs in the yard, he is the submissive one. Good natured and friendly, he is a little talkative but he’s just saying “Let’s do something!” He is heartworm negative, on preventative and up to date on all of his shots. Microchipped and rabies vaccinated, he is ready to become an integral part of some lucky family’s life. We would love to introduce you to Manni and see if he is the dog for you! The first step in our adoption process is to complete the adoption application. You can find it on our website at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the application please call Tony at 336.251.8877 with any questions you may have concerning our adoption process and to set up a time to visit with Manni. He is a wonderful dog and he’s waiting for you! 39766

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Manni, a Mocksville Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
