Dede's Story...
Meet Dede (the yellow lab/hound mix), she is approx. 4 months old. She came to PA with her sister Debbie. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is very sweet and very dog friendly. She is currently in a foster home with other pups and doing great. She is learning what is it like to live in a home and play with toys. She is still a puppy, so she will need a home that will have the time and patience to house train her and teach her how to be the best grown up pup ever. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dede, a Harleysville Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Harleysville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Harleysville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harleysville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harleysville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harleysville paves the way for another one to be saved.
