So I came to the conclusion that the reason this little cutie has not been adopted is because he doesn't look nearly as cute in his pictures than he does in person. The little guy is just a year old and extremely mellow. He is quite the little character with his little pushed in face. Petey (Rudy) acts like a grandpa. He will seriously become glued to his new owner. He just wants a lap to lay on and someone to love him.
