Bruno's Story...
Prepare to be BOWLED OVER by Beautiful Bruno! He's up for adoption in Texas and New England!

Bruno is a GORGEOUS two-year old neutered male.

Bruno is an extremely happy and healthy boy, like any young male lab, he is strong and energetic.

Bruno wants to be with his human as much as possible, putting his nose out for a pet or hug. He knows how to sit and shake, and will often give you a one-legged hug to show you his love and devotion.

He does very well with his foster family’s dogs and has no issues with other animals on his walks. He has not been cat-tested. He would be eager to do well in a training class or one on one training exercises.

Bruno is a beautiful happy boy who is looking for a forever home with a large yard and even larger heart. If you’re looking for a companion to hike with and snuggle with, look no further.

He would do well in a loving and active home with older or no children, as Bruno is very strong and could knock over young children or the elderly and/or frail. He would do great with a family who likes to take their dog on long walks or hikes.

He is about two years old and weighs 65lbs. He is vaccinated, micro-chipped and housebroken.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruno, a Austin Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Austin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
