Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Leeloo is a 7-year-old female red Shiba Inu, named after the character in The Fifth Element--the ‘perfect being. She lived with one family that loved her very much her entire life, treating her like a princess and showered with love, gifts, and adventures. But her dad got very sick and could no longer care for her and the other shiba in the home, Joxer. The family spent a year researching rescues and options for both dogs and after a lot of research, they decided on DC SIR. LeeLoo is a very smart Shiba Inu, who knows a lot of commands and loves attention from people and other dogs. Hopefully she will find a new family that loves to take her out on fun adventures; the DC SIR community with hikes, beaches, and monthly outings would be great for her—and might help her to lose a few pounds! She is also very well mannered so once she is bonded to her new family she would love to go out to stores and restaurants to show off her great manners and adorable personality.
