We adopted Leo from a shelter when he was about one year old. He has always been a sweet dog who loves people. He is also very protective of our house and our yard, it is part of the Pyrenees breed. He is fine as an indoor or outdoor dog as long as he has time with people. He would be wonderful for an owner who can spend time with him. He is smart and likes to please us. We moved into a house close to other houses and a greenbelt in the back with a lot of critters (possums, raccoons, squirrels, and by the way he gets worked up I am thinking coyotes as well). He feels he is protecting us, but in the end it's a lot of barking. We did not have this problem at our other house which backed up to other houses. It's heartbreaking to let him go, but even more heartbreaking to have to keep him in the garage, without windows, during the night. He will be a great pet for his new owners.
