My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cyrano, a sweet senior 11 year old collie who was turned in due to family complications. Keeping him in the family didnt work and led to his neglect for about 6 months. He came in to SCR with ear infections and severe yeast/skin infections. He had to be shaved to get the mats away from the skin for treatment. He is now recovering although still "itchy". Cyrano gets a medicated bath every week at the vets. His bloodwork is good so he is cleared to be neutered on May 23rd. He loves being a house dog and going for walks. He is gentle on a leash and fun to take out. Cyrano is hard of hearing but otherwise in good health. He weighs about 73#. He loves other dogs and likes cats too. He is a little too excited about meeting cats and starts barking so the cats tend to avoid him. He has lived with cats in the past and wouldn't;t hurt them. He just wants to be friends. Cyrano is your sweet typical collie with a great temperament. Just imagine how handsome he will be once his coat is grown in !!!
