Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Braxton and I am a neutered, 49.2 lb, 1 year old male Border Collie on the search for my forever family.
I am a well-mannered dog whose tail is always wagging. I do not jump up on people at all (even on kids or new people), do not jump on the furniture, and I am friendly with everyone I meet. I am house trained and usually only bark when I need to go outside. I will walk into the crate when the door is opened for me and while I do enjoy treats, I don't need to be coaxed to go inside. I sleep fine in a crate overnight with no issues, but would likely be fine either way.
I enjoy being near people and spending time with other dogs, and I have a very even-tempered, intuitive personality. I had a bath yesterday and really enjoyed that, and was even fine for the hair dryer. I also load in and out of a car without needing to be lifted in when I am asked to do so. I know the "sit" and "down" commands, and am very eager to learn more things.
