My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Keeper (formerly called Brutus) is about 6 years old, and a very sweet boy, who is naturally a little shy and cautious with new people, but warms up well to those familiar with the breed and their typical characteristics.

He loves to give kisses, and is a happy, gentle soul who likes to be around his people.

Keeper currently weighs under 35lbs, so is quite small, but with a few more pounds of good feeding should top out nicely in the low 40lb range.

He knows some tricks/commands, and walks quite well on leash already.

As yet, we have not tested him with cats or children, and as with intros to other dogs, we'd always recommend caution and patience for best results (regardless of breed or dog's history), but we believe that following these principles he will do fine around other well-mannered dogs, and dog-savvy children. Bearing in mind his breed, we would expect a high prey drive around small, furry critters.
