MEET HARRISON! Spunky Senior 6 lbs Male Looking for Long Term Companion!
Harrison is such a cute guy. He loves to play with toys and is quite energetic, but has none of the annoying puppy habits like chewing. Harrison is a mature ten years old, but don’t let his age fool you, this little guy is full of sass and spunk. Harrison loves playing with small plush toys and going for walks. He’ll keep you entertained with his energy, and expressions, then curl up next to for a good nap under a blanket. He also loves soft treats, scratches on his neck, and lying on his back in your arms. He would love to be your baby!
Harrison can be animal selective. He seems to like other pets his size (small) or just a touch bigger. He is intimidated by cats and dogs that are much larger than he is. In his past home, he enjoyed playing with the cat, and he seems to do fine around other small dogs. Due to his age, it is not recommended that he go to a home with very young children. This is not because Harrison is aggressive, but because at his age he would prefer a calmer home with people that will respect his small size and mature body.
Harrison loves car rides and is the perfect companion. Now all he needs is his forever person. Harrison does not have any teeth (they fell out due to dental disease), but has a clean bill of oral health. He also needs some very inexpensive drops in eyes every day - he does not mind this and this is common among older dogs. He doesn't care about any of that - he just wants to adore you!
