Ernie's Story...
Ernie is a terriffic youg dog - 2 years old - who came to us when his owner went away to college and her family wasn't willing to devote the time to keeping him.

This handsome, 18 pound hazel eyed, pink nosed boy is a bundle of loving energy-he loves to run and play - he has a best friend in his foster home - a little girl dog - and they run and play nicely. Ernie's household manners are impeccable, and he will charm you immediately when you meet him.

Don't miss out on meeting Ernie - our groomer met him this week and told us that he was such a great dog - she was making calls on his behalf !!

If you would like to meet Ernie just drop us a line and we will be happy to set up a "playdate"

Bring your toys - Ernie loves to play!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ernie, a Simi Valley Poodle (Miniature)/Miniature Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Miniature Poodle for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Miniature Poodle dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
