SWEET CECE!!! This beautiful 7.5 lbs 10 year young sweetheart is a very good girl who warms up quickly and loves to be held and pet. She is good with other pups and likes to just hang out with her family. She uses wee wee pads and outdoors and hardly ever barks! Cece is a wonderful companion looking for her new Forever Family! She was saved from the NYC ACC through the "Deferred Placement Program" and never entered the shelter system where she might have gotten very sick and wound up on the dreaded list to be destroyed!
